Sinds 1808 verbouwd de familie DRAPPIER zijn familiewijngaarden en verkrijgt uit dit bijzondere terroir de ziel van echt goed gemaakte Champagne. Meer dan de technische heldendaad beoogd Drappier de naleving van een traditionele stijl en verkiest natuurlijkheid en authenticiteit. 90% Pinot Noir, 7% Chardonnay en 3% Pinot Meunier zijn aangeplant op meer dan 40 hectaren kalk percelen. De wijngaarden van Cramant leveren in hoofdzaak Chardonnay terwijl Pinot Noir hoofdzakelijk uit Reims komt en Bouzy uit Ambonnay.  Wine Spectator 90 pts.  Decanter Magazine januari '02 "Wine of the month & Best sparkling wine".  Robert Parker Drappier among the best producers of Champagne Score : Excellent ****
